Convergence® 2024: Sessions (Workshops & Seminars)

You must be an active member of the Handweavers Guild of America (HGA) to sign up for a Convergence^® Session. If you are not an HGA member you must sign up for a membership prior to registering. One-Year HGA Individual Memberships are $55.

To save 25% off the Session fee, you must first purchase a Convergence^® Value Package (CVP).

Photography Release: By registering for Convergence^®, I understand that I give HGA permission to use (display, publish, etc.) any photograph(s) made of me at this conference for HGA marketing purposes, including advertising and publicity in print and electronic environments.

Health & Safety Statement

The health and safety of our members and Convergence^® attendees remains our first priority. HGA will have preventative measures in place to reduce the spread of COVID-19 and may issue protocols requiring attendees to wear masks, social distance, etc. Conditions and capacities may be updated prior to Convergence^® based on guidance from city and state authorities.

Attendees will be required to acknowledge the following statement at the time of registration:

Registrant/Attendee agrees to follow all health and safety guidelines announced by HGA and/or the facility prior to and during the event. Registrant/Attendee acknowledges and agrees that they are attending voluntarily and at their own risk, and release and waive any claim they might have against HGA, and its officers, directors, employees, and agents for any and all liability or responsibility for any illness, damages, or injury whatsoever that they may incur in connection with their attendance, including, without limitation, as a result of exposure to COVID-19 or the manner in which Convergence^® is conducted.

We encourage all Convergence^® attendees to be vaccinated. HGA cannot guarantee that its participants, volunteers, partners, or others in attendance will not become infected with COVID-19. We maintain a mask-supportive environment at HGA & Convergence^® events, contracted venues, hotels, and the convention center. For the 2024 Convergence^®, masks are Strongly Recommended. We expect all attendees will think carefully about any risk they may pose to others and to make informed choices about their travel as well as onsite and external engagement.
