Welcome to the ultimate international fiber art experience, HGA’s Convergence® conference taking place in New Orleans, Louisiana. The Marketplace will be open August 13-16, 2026 (Load-in is on August 12, 2026). On the next page, please select the quantity and type of booths you would like to reserve in the Marketplace. Note: You must be logged into your account (or create an account if you don't have one) to receive the Early Bird rate. For assistance, please call (678) 730-0010 Monday-Friday, 9 AM - 5:30 PM ET. Booth Assignments and Rates
Booth assignments will be done on a first-come, first-served basis, determined by registration date. First consideration is given to Shuttle Spindle & Dyepot advertisers and the effective distribution of booth sizes and merchandise. HGA will do its best to accommodate the Vendor’s location requests. However, final space assignments will be made at the discretion of HGA. Vendors need to advise Exhibit Services of any special needs such as unique requirements for set-up. Vendor should advise HGA of any personal accessibility issues.

Vendor Agreement
By registering online for a Marketplace Booth(s), Vendor agrees to the terms of the Vendor Agreement.Photography Release: By registering for Convergence®, I understand that I give HGA permission to use (display, publish, etc.) any photograph(s) made of me at this conference for HGA marketing purposes, including advertising and publicity in print and electronic environments.
COVID-19 Liability Waiver and Release of Claims: Because COVID-19 is extremely contagious and is spread mainly from person-to-person contact, HGA cannot guarantee that its participants, volunteers, partners, or others in attendance will not become infected with COVID-19. By registering to attend Convergence®, I agree and accept the risks associated with the potential for illness.
