HGA will maintain a list of attendees who wish to share a room with another attendee to reduce expenses. If you are interested in finding a roommate and would like to be placed on the list, complete the form by clicking "Register". Be sure to provide complete information to ensure your name is included on the list. The information you provide will be distributed as a list to conference attendees seeking roommates via email. This list is for informational purposes only. Users are solely responsible for their own due diligence and vetting processes to identify suitable roommates.

IMPORTANT: It is your responsibility to confirm details with your roommate, and we highly recommend that roommates confirm with each other the day before arrival. In the event your roommate does not show up at the hotel, you will be responsible for the room charges in full.
