Photography Release: By registering for Convergence®, I understand that I give HGA permission to use (display, publish, etc.) any photograph(s) made of me at this conference for HGA marketing purposes, including advertising and publicity in print and electronic environments.
COVID-19 Liablity Waiver and Release of Claims: Registrant agrees to follow all health and safety guidelines announced by HGA and/or the facility prior to and during the event. Registrant acknowledges and agrees that they are attending voluntarily and at their own risk, and release and waive any claim they might have against HGA, and its officers, directors, employees, and agents for any and all liability or responsibility for any illness, damages, or injury whatsoever that they may incur in connection with their attendance, including, without limitation, as a result of exposure to COVID-19 or the manner in which Convergence® is conducted.
