HGA Members can purchase the Convergence® Value Package (CVP) for $235. All Attendees registered for a CVP must be either a Student, Individual, Household, or Professional Artist HGA Member.The CVP includes:
 
  • 25% discount on Session registration fees
  • 1 Ticket to the Welcome Breakfast ($ value)
  • 1 Ticket to the Fashion Show & Dessert Reception ($99 value)
  • 1 Ticket to the Thread Talks ($46 value)
  • 1 Ticket to the Keynote ($49 value)
  • Daily admission to the Art Exhibits and the Marketplace, including the Demonstration Stage activities ($60 value)
  • 1 HGA Tote Bag, sponsored by Louet BV, and filled with goodies. ($20 value)
 
 
How to Register:
  1. If you are not already logged in to your account, please log in to My Account first. If you do not have an active membership with HGA, then you will first need to purchase a membership.
  2. Click "register" and on the next page select your CVP.
  3. Complete your transaction.
  4. An email will confirm your transaction is complete, and you will be able to register for Sessions and receive the 25% discount.
 
To receive your 25% discount on Sessions,
You must first process and complete your CVP purchase prior to registering for Sessions
CVP's are Non-Refundable
 
 
Photography Release: By registering for Convergence®, I understand that I give HGA permission to use (display, publish, etc.) any photograph(s) made of me at this conference for HGA marketing purposes, including advertising and publicity in print and electronic environments.

The health and safety of all attendees are our top priority. Be assured that Convergence® will be held in a safe and clean environment. We want you to feel confident about your decision to join us. 
 
Attendees will be required to acknowledge the following statement at the time of registration:
Registrant agrees to follow all health and safety guidelines announced by HGA and/or the facility prior to and during the event. Registrant acknowledges and agrees that they are attending voluntarily and at their own risk, and release and waive any claim they might have against HGA, and its officers, directors, employees, and agents for any and all liability or responsibility for any illness, damages, or injury whatsoever that they may incur in connection with their attendance, including, without limitation, as a result of exposure to COVID-19 or the manner in which Convergence® is conducted.
 
We maintain a mask-supportive environment at HGA & Convergence® events, contracted venues, and hotels. For the 2026 Convergence®, masks are encouraged. We expect all attendees to carefully consider any risks they may pose to others and to make informed choices about their travel as well as onsite and external engagement.
