Marketplace LIVE Vendor Registration

 
With the use of a webcam share your business and products, answer questions, and interact with Spinning & Weaving Week attendees. If you prefer to do a 55-minute presentation we suggest you choose two time slots that occur back-to-back. All time slots are scheduled in Eastern Time (ET).
 
**Exhibitors with Virtual Booths receive two complimentary presentations, but you must first register for a Vendor Page + Virtual Exhibit Booth. Discount will be applied at check out. 
 
Registration Fees
per 25-minute presentation
$75 - HGA Professional Members - You must login to your Account to receive discount (Join Today)

Guidelines
 
Technical Requirements
Marketplace LIVE will be presented online through Cvent using a video process similar to Zoom. Familiarity with giving Zoom presentations is recommended. After registering a member of the HGA staff will contact you to schedule a practice session.
  • Lighting: Ability to present from a well-lit space. We recommend a Ring light or something similar attached to your camera.
  • Technology: You will need to have a webcam (via computer, laptop, tablet or smartphone). For better sound quality we suggest a headset or a microphone.
Assistants
We suggest you have 1-2 people to assist you: one to run the video camera and a second to monitor the screen for questions from viewers.
 
Cancellation
Should your choose to cancel, registration fees are non-refundable.
 
HGA's Right to Terminate
We reserve the right to terminate any Marketplace LIVE presentation at any stage without explanation by notifying the organization concerned by email.
