Use this form to request a change to an existing Convergence registration item.

A change qualifies as:

Switching from one session to another session of equal or higher value (difference in fee applies if applicable)

This form may NOT be used for cancellations.

If you are removing an item from your registration without replacing it, please complete the Cancellation Request Form instead.

• A $25 administrative fee per session change applies.
• Attendees are responsible for any difference in registration fees.
• Sessions may not be changed after May 12, 2026.
